Permanent Hair Removal
Please shave the area two days before treatment.
Please note that blonde and red hair are contra-indicated to treatment.
We suggest that you shave 2 days before your appointment, as it is best if the hair is not long.
The norm for sessions is between 4 and 9 sessions depending on many individual factors, such as metabolic rate, waxing history and many more.
A patch test is recommended two days before treatment to ensure that the skin is not light sensitive.
It is recommended that you use sunscreen on the treated area for 72 hours after treatment when going into the sun to avoid pigmentation from forming in the area.
We recommend that you disclose any contra-indication to the treatment as we do not take responsibility for any side-effect caused due to non-disclosure.
Skin Rejuvenation Treatments
Please arrive make-up free, with no mascara or eyeliner.
Do not sun tan for at least 72 hours prior to treatment.
It is recommended to come for 3 - 6 treatments depending on which conditions are treated.
These sessions are done once every 2-4 weeks.
It is recommended that you use sunscreen on the treated area for 72 hours after treatment when going into the sun to avoid pigmentation from forming in the area.
We recommend that you disclose any contra-indication to the treatment as we do not take responsibility for any side-effect caused due to non-disclosure.
General
A 50% confirmation of booking is required for Saturdays and Public Holidays.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If we do not receive 24 hour's notice of a cancellation, there will be a 50% service charge.
Should you not cancel within 3 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged for the treatment in full.
Please also take note that no refunds will be issued for Gift Vouchers purchased. You are however welcome to exchange the GV for another service to the same value.

- We cannot guarantee 100% permanent hair removal, as people do need occasional maintenance or touch-up treatments. White hairs and light hairs are the most difficult to remove. Light hairs may require more treatments and more maintenance, and more modest results should be expected. Grey hair cannot be treated with Laser Hair removal and others options such as electrolysis are recommended.
